If you see your iPod in My Computer, but not in iTunes under Devices, try the following solutions starting at the top and work your way through the steps until your iTunes recognizes your iPod.
Important: If you do not see iPod in My Computer, refer to iPod missing in "My Computer" or in iTunes for Windows.
